We are neither costume designers nor tailors, but it is not unusual for a Costume department to need the help of a Maker Art Finisher. Jewels, armours and small objects of any kind contribute to the final success of the costumes and for this kind of things our job can be really useful.

Accessories

Any kind of fittings, jewellery and costume jewellery can be reproduced on a specific drawing. New plastic materials give us the opportunity to get excellent aesthetic results even for very small objects. One of the most appreciated part of our job are simulated ambers, ivories, precious metals, with or without special characteristics such as metals that can be woven.

Armours

The creation of armours that can be worn is in a middle position between costumes and special effects creations. The armours made by us are always realistic, whether they are partial or complete, flexible or rigid, padded or extremely thin, shining or worn out, for stuntmen or children. We can satisfy the needs of every customer by using tried and tested techniques as well as new ones.

Puppets and different kind of dolls

In this section of the site we’re not referring to puppets made of fabric but specifically to Muppets, fetishes, dolls, soft toys, archaic puppets often made by costumes departments. We also make all these kinds of puppets and dolls because we’re able to obtain an excellent product by using sculptural techniques.

Fabrics

We have been using pictorial effects for fabrics, hangings and costumes lately, therefore We can offer you, apart from the classical dyeing and ageing techniques for costumes, a wide range of removable relief effects on fabrics and leathers.

In order to avoid problems all the images you can find on this site are ours: most of them are not taken from the final products but from our workshop.
