Mould and cast

Every prosthetic work on an actor or any real anatomic element (a mask, a costume or a restricted decoration), starts from a human cast and then it becomes a mould to place on top. To create live anatomic moulds , it’s essential for us an adequate use of plasticine and righter techniques to realize tissue or skin effects.

Prostheses and Masks

We do enjoy working when it comes to fantasy. In order to make perfect prostheses for this kind of production we make use of highly skilled professionals willing to try new techniques without spending a fortune.

Live Moulds

Before talking about prostheses, it is necessary to think of live mould on an actor. We have been working on that for a long time and therefore we can make use of the best type of make-up that gives a perfect result as well as being good for the model’s skin.

Copies of animals

This part of our job can be useful for cinema, advertising and also for scientific and didactic purposes. We do not usually use a real animal in order to have a perfect copy, because we’re often able to obtain very good results just by using moulded reproductions.

Copies of Human

Any type of make-up department can improve its work by using perfect prostheses and realistic anatomical reproductions, therefore our job can be also very useful for make-up departments.

Reproductions of bones and teeth

There is always a huge demand for reproductions of bones and teeth therefore we have a long experience of this type of work. Moreover, we have also been working with orthodontists in order to offer a professional job as well as an adequate medical assistance. We can also offer special reproductions, such as very light or soft skulls and bones.

In order to avoid problems all the images you can find on this site are ours: most of them are not taken from the final products but from our workshop.
